1940s party dress made of black acetate with a green micro polka dot pattern throughout. dramatic balloon sleeves have smocked detail + fabric covered buttons at cuff. darted details under bust + pointy slightly raised collar. working metal zipper at side + another at backside upper bodice. unlined.
