The bottom of the piece is marked "Foley Bone China Made in England". The "1850" refers to the year the Foley China Works factory first began operation, while the "EB" refers to Elijah Brain who purchased the factory in 1885. 

 * Condition:
excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing. Design: Delicate multicolor floral pattern with pink roses, blue forget-me-nots, and purple blossoms. Trim: Gold gilded Shape: Scalloped rim—common in mid-century to vintage designs (1940s–1960s).
