Vintage 3D Plastic Single Pink Flower Very Small Brooch Black Gold Tone

Vintage 3D Plastic Single Pink Flower Small Brooch Black Gold Tone. Really beautiful vintage small brooch with what looks like a plastic pink flower with black and gold accents. There are tiny fleurs de lis around it and it’s a wrap around clasp. Brooch is in good condition with minimal signs of wear. The pin back moves around from the brooch which I tried to show in pictures. (I can turn it both left and right) I’m not sure if this was by design or if the back has come loose.
