Vintage 30s Green Wood Handle Metal Pie Server Rumford Baking Powder Advertising

This is likely from the 30's based on the green handle. The back reads "Rumford the wholesome baking powder". The circular connector (pointed out in a close-up) is a little wobbly / loose feeling but it stays in place. There is wear consistent with age as this is close to antique status. The green paint is quite worn. There is discoloration to the metal. Not recommended for the dishwasher. I assume this is a cake or pie server but certainly universal and could be used for serving other foods or flipping food / spatula.
