This is a Vintage 3 Quart Clay Casserole Baking Dish with a Lid and cute vintage style fruit patterns painted on the outside outlined by cute rope patterns. The numbers, possibly 314 or 319, are on the underside of the pot, but I cannot find a brand name. It is in excellent condition with no chips, breaks, or cracks. There are tiny thin scratches on the interior bottom that I will try to capture in the photographs.
