Vintage 2007 Libertine Cotton Blouse, Pleated Rose Logo, Exquisite Details!

I'm only selling this because it's too small for me now, but I really only word a handful of times though I was obsessed with it! 2007 vintage Libertine for Target. There are horizontal pleats across the lapel as well as opposite horizontal pleats going towards the chest, great chest accentuation! Adorable cap sleeves. All the details are so adorable, it looks amazing on. Love the button in front, which you can choose to leave open or not, but it sort of has a mandarin collar feel when buttoned.
