Vintage 2000s JERRY HALL Mini Dolman Tunic/Dress with Tiered Ruffled Skirt Details: Mid 2000s y2k artsy European style drop-waist batwing tunic/dress. Layered fabrics of different textures (and a pop of grey) compose the ruched & ruffled skirt. Worn best as a top over jeans or tights - even a pencil skirt for a peplum effect - this could be worn as a pixie dress if you are a short queen. Fits like Large but when belted (which enhances the 2000s indie vibes) it works for smaller sizes. Made in Korea. Belt in photos is not included. Only used to show the belted silhouette.
