Wrinkling of pages primarily on the tops of the pages. 1 or 2 pages are marked with little check marks. 1 Dog-eared page found. My mother-in-laws signature written inside front cover in ink. Measure 8 1/2" x 5 3/4" x 1 1/4- 1 3/8". No funky smells.
