Vintage 1999 Girl Scout Patch Badge Community Builders Bear Tres Condados

This is a vintage 1999 Girl Scouts patch/badge. It’s for Community Builders with a picture of a bear and says “Tres Condados” Measure approximately 2.5 x 2.45” long.
