There are 2 plastic-fold up game units, 167 white pegs (not the original 168), all 84 red pegs, all 10 plastic ships and the instructions. The game units fold up to make this a great portable game. The game units are intact with no cracks. The pegs on the ships are also all intact. Some condition issues to the box (mostly around the edges) from age, use and storage. The corners of the box are all intact. Great nostalgic game!
