Vintage 1996 Emerald City Wizard of Oz Hallmark Keepsake Ornament

Vintage 1996 Emerald City Wizard of Oz Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Box is looking a little rough (some tears, as seen in the photo) but the ornament itself is in great condition. Never hung on a tree - sat on an avid Wizard of Oz collector's shelf. I am uncertain if it lights up/plays music, because I do not have a way to test. Marked 1996 Turner Entertainment Co on the bottom. Smoke-free home. All reasonable offers will be considered!
