I do believe this garment was custom made because this inside does not have the size tag but instead sit has the original owners name , date of creation and style number. Date says 11/30/96 Truly amazing quality skirt that has held up through the test of time considering its 28 years of age ! Split behind the skirt. Concealed zipper closure. Zipper works smoothly. About knee length. Ultra soft flock exterior. Interior is lined.
