The set includes the store counter which has a sink and a faucet that extends out, pink dog house, blue steps, rolling cart with drawers, bird cage, lotion bottle, pet food bowl, 2 rabbits, 2 red birds, a turtle, a tower piece with bird house and perch, and a piece from kitty tower. All in good condition but there is a bend in the cardboard on the pet shop counter as shown in photos.
