This is a complete set of 10 traditional Russian nesting dolls (Matryoshka) featuring vibrant hand-painted floral patterns and detailed gold accents. The largest doll is approximately 8 inches tall (based on ruler comparison in photos), with each subsequent doll decreasing in size, down to a tiny 10th doll less than 1 inch tall. Bottom of the largest doll is signed in Russian: "10 мест" (10 pcs), "г. Сергиев Посад" (Sergiev Posad), and dated 1994. Sergiev Posad is a historic Russian city renowned for quality Matryoshka craftsmanship.
