This set includes 8 pieces. 1) Mary & baby Jesus measures about 3" tall 2) Joseph measures about 3 1/2" tall 3) Wise man with green robes measures about 3" 4) Wise man with pink robes measures about 3 1/4" 5) Wise man kneeling is just under 3" 6) Shepard with lamb measures about 2 1/2" 7) Drummer boy measures about 3" 8) Sprawled Camel measures about 2 1/2" I have no boxes for them.
