Vintage 1993 Precious Moments "Wishing You a Happy Spring" Gift Bag w/ Handle

Vintage 1993 Precious Moments porcelain gift bag. This particular piece depicts a color picture of the Wishing you a Happy Spring figure on the front with the title inside the bag. The back says "Springtime wishes for a day that's full of fun and sweet surprises." A light blue paper twine forms the handle on top. The piece measures about 2.75" tall, 2.25" wide, and 1.5" deep. The bag is pre-owned and has some minor signs of age/wear. See photos for condition.
