They both are holding a lit Camel cigarette and are dressed like the Blues Brothers. They stand approximately 4" high. these were made in the 1990s, but they are very collectible since Camel has discontinued use of Joe Camel as their mascot. Great for anyone who collects smoking memorabilia.
