Vintage 1992 Seagull Canada Etain Pewter Zinn bell with bird and leaves flowers

This is a collectible signed vintage 1992 Seagull Canada Etain Pewter Zinn decorative bell featuring a bird with leaves, branches and flowers. The handle is shaped like leaves on stems with a rose. The inner rim of the bell is signed. The piece stands 5 1/8 inches tall with a bell rim diameter of 2 1/8 inches. Very good pre-owned vintage condition.
