Flirty mini dress from the late 90s or early 2000s in a navy blue mystical/eastern inspired print. The silver in the design is glittery. I found an ad with a dress that looks very similar from 1999. It has an empire waist with a gathered bust. It is fully lined and the top layer of fabric is a see through mesh.
