Vintage 1990s flower embroidered tank

Vintage 1990s pogo club of NY embroidered flowered tank top button up. This is a girl size large 14/16 but could probably fit a woman’s extra small or small. In amazing condition ( has two tiny spots that are pictured no other flaws) I bought this for myself really hoping that it would fit I typically wear a medium/large and it’s just a little too snug on me. smoke free, pet free Can get measurements if needed :-) Most reasonable offers accepted
