New with tags. Some discoloration by pleats in particular, but comes with a manufacturer’s note that says: This is a pre-washed, pre-shrunk garment. The variations in pressing, shading and sizing are a normal part of the process used to obtain its special features. There is a stain on the back leg, which looks like dirt. I did not wash them because they still have the tags.
