Vintage 1990s Skirt, Michael Taylor Black Floral Print, Button Front Elastic

Fun vintage skirt from the 1990s possibly early 2000s in black with a pretty floral print. Buttons up the front with with elastic waist in back. Tag reads: Michael Taylor, and gives a size of medium but do see measurements below. 100% rayon. Near mint vintage condition. I haven't found anything worth noting. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip. Waist: 24.5" at rest up to about 31" stretched Hip: loose to about 49" Waist to bottom hem: 28" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
