Vintage 1990s Skirt, Brookridge Black and Brown Full Circle, Elastic Waist, Boho

Fun vintage skirt from the 1990s in various black and brown prints. Very full with elastic waist. Tag reads: Brookside, rayon and cotton and gives a size of Medium but do see measurements below. Excellent vintage condition. I haven't found anything worth noting. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip. Waist: 27" at rest up to about 38" stretched Hip: loose Waist to bottom hem: 35.5" Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
