Vintage 1990s Scarf, Casca Blue Silk Chiffon Long Fringed Rectangular Hair Wrap

Pretty vintage scarf in a french blue silk chiffon circa the 1990s. Long narrow rectangle with fringe. About 11" wide and 53" long not including the fringe. Would be equally lovely used to tie your hair back or as a headband as well as a scarf. Excellent vintage condition. A couple small very faint smudges.
