Vintage 1990s Rowe Pottery Works shallow crock blue leaves 4.25" x 2"

Small crock I believe was made by Rowe Pottery Works (Wisconsin, USA) in the early 1990s. Salt-glazed with blue leaf design. Measures 4.25" across and 2" deep--I'm not sure of the intended purpose but the size is like a small pet bowl. No chips or cracks--there is some writing on the bottom. Smoke- and pet-free home.
