Vintage 1990s Navy Winnie the Pooh Sweatshirt

Cozy navy sweatshirt featuring Winnie the Pooh with a red scarf. Pit pit is a 20 1/2 but can stretch more than that. This is a size medium. Please note that this is a vintage 1990s sweater so there are some wear and tear condition on it. The first would be a couple spots. It looks like paint I’m not quite sure and then there is two small spots in the front that have a little hole.
