Vintage 1990s Handmade Modernist Geo Chunky Sterling Silver Black Stone Earrings

Striking, bold 1990’s modernist sterling silver statement earrings with inset polished black stones.🖤 Effortless, understated elegance. Stamped “Mexico 925” on one earring back, these earrings were handmade by jewelry artisans in Mexico and purchased in the early 90s. Excellent condition. Some very faint, superficial surface scratches. Well-made, solid construction. Post backs with ear backs/nuts. I am unsure of the stone type. Compared to other earrings I own, the stones look like black onyx. Each earring measures a little over 3/4” long (13/16” to be exact) by 5/8” inch at the widest point.
