Vintage 1990s Green Rayon Maxi Dress Floral Soft

Gorgeous floral green vintage 1990s rayon maxi dress!! This dress is so dreamy! Super soft floral fabric paired with elegant long sleeves, wide neckline, sweeping skirt, and elastic waist piece. The waist piece is super unique, I’ve never seen anything like it! You can use it to clamp the sides of the dress to adjust how fitted or loose you want the waist to be, the elastic pulls the sides together. Dress also has a side zip! Label is B.I.A. (born in America). Great condition with no issues noted. Measures 18” across the bust and 16” across the waist (or less with clamp), measured flat (doubled for fully around the body).
