Vintage 1990’s Express Floral High waisted Mini Shorts Daisy Dukes SMALL Grunge These shorts are so cute I can’t stand it. They say that they are a size 9/10 but that is impossible. The measurements look more like they are a small size 2. The flowers are faded and jeans worn in some areas giving it the perfect grunge look. They are the perfect 90’s shorts.
