Vintage 1990s Does 40’s Houndstooth Blazer Peplum Top M/L

Peplum houndstooth print flare blazer/blouse. Red pocket square. Button up closure. No size or materials tag estimated for a m/l. Has some small signs of wear and is missing the eye for a hook and eye closure on the inside. This does not affect wear. Used as a costume piece for a production. See pics for measurements.
