Vintage 1990s Budweiser Monster Party Hat Halloween Painter Cap Beer Promo Adcap

Budweiser promotional hat from the early 90s. It's cloth with a plastic bill. There is a little bit of elastic in the back but it doesn't stretch much. It is a black and neon orange all over print spiderweb around the side and has the logos for Bud Light, Budweiser, and Bud Dry. The top is black and says Budweiser Monster Party in neon orange. Brand - Adcap Line Band - approximately 22.75" but stretches to 23.25" Height - 2 5/8" tall Crown - 7.75" front to back, 6.75" side to side Condition - It is new old stock. I don't see any flaws except maybe the elastic possibly used to be stretchier
