Perfect 1990's boho skirt! 100% lightweight India cotton in gem tones of purples, blues, and pinks with mixed floral and paisley prints. Accordion pleats that spread into a full sweep. Elastic waist with cinch waist with brass tone bells attached at the waist. Unlined, very lightweight cotton fabric. Pull up style with no zippers or closures.
