Chelsea Dress / Vintage 1990's black floral rayon midi dress by Putumayo. Inky black, crinkly cool 100% lightweight rayon with a cream and pink vining floral print. Scoop neck with long length sleeves. Fitted v-waist with a slight flare from the hips. Pullover style with no zippers or closures (keep that in mind when considering fit). Has floral buttons down the bodice to just above the waist. Unlined, no shoulders pads. Tags: Putumayo 100% Rayon S Condition: AS IS vintage condition with typical signs of wear, which can include snags, pilling or discoloration. Fraying noted at the hem and cuffs.
