D E T A I L S A dreamy 90s prom dress with a sweet 50s vibe! Featuring a sleeveless fitted bodice, halter neckline, wide ruched empire waist and full flared tea length ballerina skirt. Comes in a light aqua/teal mesh tulle overlay with speckled silver glitter. Underneath the lining is a stiff tulle hem. Back zipper closure.
