Vintage 1990 blouse & broom skirt

I bought this new myself & it has been in my possession all these years. This blouse & skirt set looks very pretty on & with a pair of dressy boots for an outdoor wedding or other occasion. It’s a pretty shade of blue with embroidery on the blouse. The skirt has an elastic waist. I’m 5’5 & it hits me right above the ankles. The skirt is a wrinkly type material & look. It’s always been dry cleaned. The material is rayon. The skirt waist measures 13 flat but can easily stretch to a 15 or 16.
