Vintage 1990 Victoria Canada Black and White Souvenir Mug.

This 1990 mug is a souvenir item for Victoria, B.C. Featured illustrations include the Parliament Buildings, the Pacific Undersea Gardens, and B.C. Dogwood flowers. Great condition very small amount of soap cloud on very bottom. I will leave it up to buyer to remove or not.
