Vintage 1990 Tiffany Stained Glass Collectors Society "Circus Clown" Suncatcher. It measures 6" x 4". Includes Certificate of Authenticity and box. In photo 6 it looks like there is a crack on the back of his hat at the white ball, it's not cracked, it's a dark line in the glass, see the last photo.
