Vintage 1989 Unisex Military-Issued Cotton Canvas Field Jacket

Is marked as a mens large but my boyfriend is a standard large at 6'1, 175 and he tried this on and its too small for him in the sleeves (short) and length so I have marked this as a short-medium. So please use the measurements. The military always leaves 5" of room in their jackets when they determine size. This one is really well-made with double cotton canvas construction, heavy-duty zipper, reinforced elbows, drawstring waist, and velcro adjustable sleeve cuffs. The preacher collar button is missing so an appropriate closest match yet correct size I have button will be used as a replacement. Measurements are: Shoulders: 20", Chest: 52", Waist: 50", Hem: 26", Length: 28", Sleeves: 21 1/2 (short).
