Vintage 1989 Tea Pot, Rose Floral, Interpur, Cottage Core, Grandma's House

Traditional vintage floral rose 1989 Tea Pot by Interpur. Beautiful pot is in wonderful condition for being more than 30 years old! Sold in USED IMPERFECT CONDITION. There is a small chip in the decorative print (photo), a bit dirty on the bottom with writing (photo), and there's also what looks like pale yellow/white paint spots (photo.) I am fairly certain it's paint, as I've been able to easily remove them with my fingernails. I've gotten most of them off, but there are some remaining (it'll be hard for me to see them all, so full disclosure.) This piece doesn't look like it was used for anything other than decoration, in my opinion. See photos for condition.
