This is an attractive figure of Cecily Parsley from the stories written by Beatrix Potter and published by F. Warne & Co. It is made in England by Royal Albert. Collectors prize small Beatrix Potter figures produced by Royal Albert, a well-known pottery and porcelain manufacturer, which Royal Albert discontinued producing in 1998.
