Vintage 1980s-90s Richard & Company Black Cotton Dress with Bolero Jacket Size M

This is a vintage 1980s-90s Richard & Company black sleeveless dress with matching short sleeve bolero jacket both in size medium. The dress has colorful striped accents on the front, and three primary color buttons on the back. The jacket has little colorful stripes on the back. The black has faded on both pieces, especially the jacket. Overall, they are pretty good used shape. The dress doesn’t have curves (see last picture).
