Vintage 1980s sheer button-down

Vintage late 70s/early 80s sheer blue and white checkered blouse with button-down front, point collar and long sleeves. Fits like a small or XS. Tag reads Boulevard Club by Block. Fiber content tag is in Korean or Japanese (?); feels like polyester. Freshly laundered. Please note: this item is in fair vintage condition: it is missing one wrist button and cuff seams are blown on both sides in roughly 1” sections (see last pics). As with any vintage item, there may be other signs of wear consistent with its age. I’ve done my best to document any issues in the description and photos.
