Vintage 1980s Wednesday Addams-esque drapey georgette dress. Long sleeve midi length with ruffle detail and Peter Pan collar. Black with white collar and sleeve placket. Button closure at back and sleeves, elastic waist. Tag reads size 12 but runs smaller than that, would fit a size medium. 100% polyester. Fabric is sheer. Brand is Ms. Chaus.
