Vintage 1980s Tan Uniform-Style Dress with Red Accents, Handkerchief, and Belt - Size 14 Classic vintage 1980s dress with retro uniform-inspired design, tan with bold red accents. Elastic cinched waist with 1/2" red plastic belt and matching red belt loops. The front pocket includes a removable red handkerchief. 8 bright red buttons run down the front. Measurements (laid flat): Shoulders: 15" Across Below Arms: 20.5" Waist (unstretched): 14" Total Length (back of neck to hem): 43.5" Skirt Length: 26" Sleeve Length: 7.5" Belt Length: 35.5" Condition: Two small black pen spots on the back left of the dress near the hem.
