Vintage 1980s St. John Santana Knit Long Sleeved Relaxed Turtleneck - small flaw

Vintage 1980s St. John Santana knit piece in very good condition. Label is Marie St. John, which was used starting in 1984. Elegant black turtleneck sweater perfect for any occasion. Soft and comfortable, ideal for layering or wearing on its own. Fabric and care tag missing, but I would guess it is acrylic. There is a small flaw (highlighted) - it looks like a hole may have been repaired.
