Vintage 1980s Skirt With Pockets, Pastel Windowpane Check A Line

Lovely vintage skirt circa the 1980s in a pretty windowpane check of pastel green, blue pink yellow lavender and white. Has pockets at the hips, and button closure. Unlined. Label reads: none but there is a care instructions tag. Looks and feels like cotton to me. Probably about a medium but do see measurements below. Excellent vintage condition. I did spot one very faint pea sized smudge, see photo. Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip. Waist: 28.5" with room to shift the top button a bit larger.
