Vintage 1980s S.L. Petites Blue Dress

Vintage robin’s egg blue S.L. Petites dress with sheer puff sleeves from the 1980s, size is marked as 10, but may be 10P. Made in the USA. This dress has a stain on the front in the ruching, does not come with a belt, and one of the belt loops needs repair. Elastic waist is about 12” unstretched but stretches to about 18”. The dress is about 39” long measured in the back. From non-smoking, cat-friendly home.
