Vintage 1980's Red Chiffon Flounce Gown from Roberta size S/M Bustle Back

Vintage 1970's-1980's Formal Dress from Roberta size 11/12 tag (please see measurements for best fit). Red chiffon polyester fabric and Red silky polyester fabric lining. Soft fit and flare style. Floor length. Flounce hem. V-neckline. Thin straps plus ruffle sleeve that can be worn on or off the shoulder. Zipper at back. Bustle at back, shown up and down. Belt loops on dress but missing original belt. Styled with black ribbon, please message if you would like me to include it. In Good condition with light to moderate wear. A couple snags at hem but they don't stand out. Please inspect photos to see condition. Shown cinched with belt on size 8/10 dress form. Measurements taken laying flat and doubled where appropriate.
