Vintage 1980s Rainbow Ruffle Dress Retro Event Dress Size Small

1980s rainbow cotton dream dress! 😇🌈 Available now is this absolutely incredible vintage gem!! Dress is made with a super soft, colorful rainbow cotton chiffon exterior and is lined with boning in the bodice and layer of tulle underneath the skirt to add fullness. It is so fun, fabulous, and funky, while still remaining chic in a modern world. I adore it! Piece is great condition with no issues noted as well. Label is Niki by Karen Lucas. Measures 17” across the bust and 14.25” across the waist, measured flat (doubled for fully around the body). Dress is about 30” long (about 2” extra on the backside).
