Vintage 1980s Puff Sleeved Floral Dress

This fab floral 1980s puff sleeve dress by Choon California is one of the most 80s dresses I’ve ever seen 🤩 complete with incredible puffed sleeved (with tulle inside of them to give it that extra fluff), vibrant florals, a full skirt, and a gathered bodice design. Dress has boning in bodice, elastic on sleeves, and a layer of tulle underneath skirt. Length of dress is about tea length. In great condition with no flaws noted. This fabulous piece measures 13” across the waist and 17”-18” across the bust, measured flat, doubled for full.
